Many people complain that their Ipod batteries dry very quickly. Is there any way to save out battery ?
Here is the answer.
There are few things that you can do to lengthen the life of the apple of you eye.
Ω.Try working without the back light setting, if you normally use the POD in a lightened environment.
To change this go to Settings | Backlight Timer and then select Off
Else you could choose a low back light time, say 2 secs or 5 secs. The backlight can always be selected to Always On, but that would defeat the purpose of this tutorial.
Ω.Use the Equalizer setting sparingly or not at all. Again, go to Settings | EQ and select Off.
Ω.Fast forwarding is known to kill your battery. Try creating, playlists with all your favorite songs, so that you dont need to keep fast forwarding to a song that you like.
Ω.Lastly, always try to keep the Ipod software updated.
