if your drive is so small then NTFS is not recommended because the NTFS takes some space. But now a days the pendrives have more space. so we can use NTFS in USB drives.
NTFS USB drives are writable only at one pc and read only at the other PC's. So we can transfer the files to other systems without the fear of virus.
We are having only FAT and FAT32 file systems to format our pen drives, use the following steps to format in NFTS system
1). Plug your USB drive into the computer.
2). Now go to Device Manager (Start>Run>devmgmt.msc)
3). Now Select Disk Drives and expand
4). Then Right Click on USB drive and select Properties
5). Go to policies tab and select Optimize for performance and press OK
6). If you open format option in your pendrive then you can see the NTFS
Now you can have NTFS option there.
