As per a report , HTC had sent out invites to a few tech websites, regarding a media event that is scheduled to take place on the 26th of February, 2012, just ahead of MWC. Mobile tarrifs plan may be Up in Future-TRAI
Mobile phone tariffs may go up in the future if TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has its way.
In a long list of recommendations, the telecom regulator has reiterated its earlier demand that existing telecom players must pay four times the current price of the 2G spectrum that they hold when they apply for renewal of their license. Notably, most of the older players will be up for renewal in next 3-4 years.
Since most of the incumbent operators will have to renew their licences in the next 3-5 years, they might have to shell out more than Rs 10,000 crore for acquiring start-up 2G spectrum compared to just Rs1,658 crore paid earlier.

Monitor Screen black white light line blinking Solution
If your video card is actually bad it will fail the POST check by BIOS (Power Up Self Test) and respond with a series of beeps sent through the PC speaker.
If it's just black then BIOS is reading VGA out through the motherboard, and something else is the problem (even BIOS itself, which usually fails if there is a ground fault or component failure)
If you still have no luck, start removing devices from the system until you get a response. Remove peripherals one by one, and power cycle it each time, in this order:

Nokia C7 – Review Price Features Specifications
Nokia c7 is a touch screen phone running on Symbian^3 processor. The Nokia C7 features a 3.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with Nokia’s rather fancy-sounding ClearBlack Display. The screen of c7 is pretty special in each and every sense but with darker blacks and more vibrant colours as a result, it does suffer from the usual greasy fingerprints you’ll get from any touchscreen device. It can be compared to the Samsung oled screen which is considered to be quite high performing. With a resolution of 360×640 pixels,it may not be considered as the nest one. The C7 itself is thin and ergonomic. At 117.3×56.8×10.5 mm, it’s the perfect size to fit in your hand, and it’s pretty light in comparison to the smaller C6, at 130g.The design may not be suited for all but at the end its a good buy for all. Underneath the touchscreen, there’s a raised menu button and either side of that, call answer and call end keys. Like the screen, these get greasy because they’re covered in shiny plastic. We’d rather they were touch sensitive but the hardware buttons work just fine for the actions they’re designed for.It has a five megapixel camera mentioned but still it lacks the precision and clarity.Over all the design of this phone is quite predictable.
